Terms & Conditions — cog77 User Agreement

For the purposes of this agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the cog77 website accessible at https://cog77.app, including all sub-pages, services, games, and associated mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player profile created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds and credited bonuses held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Real Funds" means actual Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) deposited by a Player through an approved payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required to confirm a Player's eligibility and protect against fraud and money laundering.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction other than Indonesia, or any jurisdiction in which access to and use of online gaming services is illegal under applicable local law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, design elements, text, and associated materials displayed on or accessible via the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on cog77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of cog77 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list administered by cog77 or have requested a cooling-off period that remains active.

cog77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Providing false information in connection with eligibility constitutes a material breach of this agreement and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated balance.

To access the full range of cog77 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Specifically:

• You must provide your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (KTP or passport).
• You must provide a valid and active email address that you own and control. This address will be used for all account communications, including security alerts and withdrawal confirmations.
• You must provide a valid Indonesian mobile telephone number.
• You must create a secure password. cog77 strongly recommends using a password of at least twelve characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols.
• You must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this agreement. cog77 employs technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances, including real funds pending withdrawal, may be forfeited at cog77's discretion.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any other person to use your Account, or access any other player's Account. cog77 will treat all instructions issued through your Account as having been authorized by you.

cog77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of players, prevent fraud, and fulfill our obligations under internationally recognized anti-money laundering standards. KYC verification may be triggered:

• Upon registration or initial deposit;
• When cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold determined by cog77's compliance team;
• When unusual account activity or payment anomalies are detected;
• At any other time that cog77 considers necessary in its reasonable discretion.

Documents typically required for KYC completion include: a clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport; proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 90 days); and, where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds used to make deposits. All documents must be legible, unedited, and clearly show your full name, date of birth, and address.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending resolution of any outstanding KYC requirements. cog77 is not liable for any delay in processing withdrawals arising from a Player's failure to provide requested KYC documentation in a timely manner.

Deposits. cog77 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and through approved Indonesian e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider; standard processing is near-instant but may be subject to delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to cog77's source-of-funds and KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing conditions are displayed at the cashier at the time of the request. cog77 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under five minutes for verified accounts, though actual timing may vary based on bank processing windows. cog77 does not charge internal withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Declined transactions. cog77 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably believes to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, unauthorized third-party funding, or a breach of this agreement. In such circumstances, cog77 will contact the Player via the registered email address to explain the decision and request any additional documentation required.

Dormant accounts. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of 180 days will be classified as dormant. cog77 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50.000 against the Account balance for each calendar month in which the Account remains dormant, provided that the Account holds a positive balance. Players will be notified via email before any inactivity fee is applied.

cog77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the corresponding promotion page, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and satisfy all eligibility requirements in Clause 2.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or payment method, unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement as stated in the relevant promotion. Until this requirement is met in full, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn.

• Seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri / Lebaran, Idul Adha, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to their own promotion-specific terms and are available for a limited period only.

All games available on the cog77 platform are provided by licensed international game studios including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game is governed by the rules published within the game interface itself. In the event of a conflict between game-level rules and this agreement, the game-level rules will prevail in relation to the specific game outcome, but this agreement will prevail in relation to account and payment matters.

Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the recognized governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be paid; any void selection reduces the number of legs and the applicable odds accordingly. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled in accordance with the handicap line published at the time the bet was accepted.

In the event of a technical failure that affects a game round or bet in progress, cog77 will take all reasonable steps to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. cog77 is not liable for any loss of potential winnings resulting from technical disruption beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cog77 platform. Breach of any item in this clause constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or circumvent security or anti-fraud systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or coordinated wagering intended to guarantee profit at the expense of the Platform.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods to fund your Account.
• Laundering funds through the Platform or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Exploiting software bugs or platform errors to place bets or claim winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be voided.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cog77 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

All Intellectual Property on the cog77 Platform — including the cog77 brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, text content, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of cog77 or its licensors. Nothing in this agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to any Intellectual Property on the Platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of cog77. Unauthorized use of cog77's Intellectual Property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

cog77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cog77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform and fulfill regulatory obligations. All data transfers are conducted under appropriate data protection safeguards.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cog77 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, however arising;
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;

cog77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these terms shall not exceed the value of Real Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in this clause limits cog77's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

cog77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term of this agreement;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or connection to criminal activity;
• Regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement request;
• Responsible gaming grounds, including where cog77 identifies signs of problem gambling behavior.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cog77 customer support via live chat. On closure, any Real Funds balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

cog77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights or obligations in a significant way — cog77 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of contract law applicable to online gaming operations. In the event of any dispute arising between you and cog77 in connection with this agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation via cog77's customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of being raised through customer support, either party may refer the matter to a recognized independent dispute resolution body. cog77 will provide contact details for the applicable dispute resolution service upon request.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation.
